My
father used to always tell me as a child “There is always an internal
reaction to anything you put in your body”. This rang in my head till
this day, even as an adult. When I see people take prescription drugs,
it makes me clinch. Many are unaware of what exactly is being placed in
their bodies. Have you ever asked yourself, how did our ancestors heal
themselves? Nature provides us with everything we need to heal
ourselves, so why do we continue to place prescription drugs in our
systems with risky side effects? These drugs do not cure the problem but
they cure the symptom most of time and the side effects are not worth
it. I find it less complicated to use natural alternatives than spend
hard earned money on prescription drugs. 150,000 people die yearly from “PROPERLY” taking prescription medicine. These are not
the individuals who are doing them recreationally or for addiction.
This number should make you wonder. I never heard of anyone dying from
using cinnamon or parsley which can treat you for a number of things. My
goal is to educate everyone on this matter and hopefully prolong
healthy lives. I have a number of lists I create to share with those who
wish to learn of simple and inexpensive alternatives to promote good
