Natural Healing

My father used to always tell me as a child “There is always an internal reaction to anything you put in your body”. This rang in my head till this day, even as an adult. When I see people take prescription drugs, it makes me clinch. Many are unaware of what exactly is being placed in their bodies. Have you ever asked yourself, how did our ancestors heal themselves? Nature provides us with everything we need to heal ourselves, so why do we continue to place prescription drugs in our systems with risky side effects? These drugs do not cure the problem but they cure the symptom most of time and the side effects are not worth it. I find it less complicated to use natural alternatives than spend hard earned money on prescription drugs. 150,000 people die yearly from “PROPERLY” taking prescription medicine. These are not the individuals who are doing them recreationally or for addiction. This number should make you wonder. I never heard of anyone dying from using cinnamon or parsley which can treat you for a number of things. My goal is to educate everyone on this matter and hopefully prolong healthy lives. I have a number of lists I create to share with those who wish to learn of simple and inexpensive alternatives to promote good health. You will be shocked at what I have come up with.

Thanks for doing this list. It's really helpful. Did you come across anything for frequent urination or bladder issues?

Here are a few things I came up with.... Make sure you research for yourself prior to trying anything but: Panax Ginseng Ginseng enhances the conversion of L-Arginine into Nitric Oxide by Nitric Oxide Synthase. This results in a greater efficiency of the Nitric Oxide pathway, an increase in Nitric Oxide production and is felt to contribute to relaxation of the bladder muscle Ones diet plays a major role in Urinary health. Sometimes the acidity in certain food can attribute to overactive bladder…coffee, tea, alcohol, citrus fruit and juice, tomatoes, and spicy foods are examples. Cranberry juice is very much recommended for any bladder issues because it flushes bacteria in the Urinary track. For those who suffer from frequent bladder infections prepare a solution of five drops of grapefruit seed extract in four to six ounces of water, and use the solution to wash your genitals, especially before and after having sexual intercourse. Grapefruit seed extract has powerful antibiotic properties that can help clear up any external infections that might be triggering urinary tract difficulties. Hope this was informative.....

Good blog. Honey is excellent for external health issues. Not good to ingest it internally. My reference is from "The Master Cleanser" book. Check it out. We should be discussing alternative medicine more often. It has much more promising results than allopathic(western/american) medicine which tends to cause more health issues than it cures.

I recently learned about the benefits of honey externally and I learned exactly what you mentioned. It is more heathy for topical use. Many do not realize this. Thanks for the feedback!
